This notice describes the live Cway Hub website at cwayhub.com. It is not a claim of legal compliance. A solicitor has not reviewed it.
Who runs this
Cway Hub is run by the person behind the Discord name sezz0. This page does not publish a legal name, postal address, or email. Discord sezz0 is the only contact listed. Discord is not a private legal channel.
What this site is
A public static download page. There is no Cway login, no Cway database, no Cway API, no contact form, no payments, no analytics we added, and no advertising we added. The files you see are served as a website by GitHub Pages.
What we collect on purpose
Nothing on a Cway server — there is not one. Search text stays in your browser and is not sent to Cway. Copying “sezz0” uses your clipboard on your device. Get opens a file from this project’s GitHub Release (same GitHub account that hosts the page). GitHub sees that download request.
If you tap Remember look, this browser keeps three values in localStorage: a yes/no storage choice, a theme name, and a world name. That is optional. Not now stores only the choice “no” so the bar does not keep asking, and it deletes any saved theme or world. You can change this with Storage in the footer. You can also clear site data in your browser.
What other people still see
When your browser loads this site, GitHub, Inc. (and GitHub’s content network) receive a normal web request. That typically includes IP address, time, URL, user agent, and maybe a referrer. Cway does not get a copy of those logs in this setup. GitHub’s own privacy statement covers what they keep and for how long. That processing is outside Cway’s files.
IONOS (or whoever answers DNS for cwayhub.com) sees DNS lookups for the name. Your browser, OS, and network also see the pages and files you fetch. If you open Discord to message sezz0, Discord’s rules apply there, not this page.
Lawful basis (not invented)
Cway does not operate a backend that stores your personal data. GitHub serving the site is required to show you the page you asked for. Optional Look storage is only written after you choose Remember look. Whether GitHub’s logs, DNS, or Discord need a separate lawful basis, transfer tool, or ICO registration is a legal review, not something this page can settle.
Cookies and similar
This site does not set cookies. It can use localStorage as described above. No analytics tags, ads, pixels, or third-party fonts are loaded by these pages. Fonts are files on this site.
Children
Some tools relate to games that children play. This site does not ask for an age, name, or account. It also does not try to verify age. GitHub may still log connection data. Extra children’s-code work is a legal review if you target under-18s.
Your rights
UK GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and complaint to the ICO. Cway does not hold a user database to search. For Look storage, use Storage or your browser settings. For GitHub logs, you would need GitHub. For Discord, you would need Discord. We do not put a home address or email on this site; Discord sezz0 is the contact that exists here.

Transfers
GitHub is a US company. Serving this site from GitHub Pages can mean connection data is processed outside the UK. That transfer is a legal/business point, not something this static page controls.
Retention
Cway does not retain visitor records. Look values stay until you clear them or this browser does. GitHub and DNS providers keep whatever their own policies say. UNVERIFIED — HUMAN REVIEW REQUIRED for those providers’ actual retention.
Changes
If this site starts collecting more (accounts, forms, analytics, payments), this notice must be rewritten to match the code before that ships.
